1. Utilized the services for the first time while leaving Wellington. Though an initial survey was done and size of carrier was estimated, some goof ups took place and there was little chaos.

This response which was prompt and convincing generally is found missing while dealing with other big shot transporters who generally lay their hands off and blame the customer totally for any lapses. My entire household stuff was picked up immediately and reached the destination hassle-free without any damage.

It lived up to my expectations. Although the charges were a little towards higher side compared to many other promising movers and packers but I wanted a hassle-free move so i chose them.

My biggest concern was for my Harley Davidson which had earlier gotten damaged during its transit from Delhi to us through some other service provider.
